ABOUT INSHAT AL AWTAN General Contracting Co.
Inshat Al Awtan’s humble beginnings trace back to Riyadh in the year 1979, under the patronage of Saudi Al Terais Trading Industrial Contracting Company Ltd. (STICCO). Initially being involved in earthworks, STICCO adopted the course of expansion and diversification throughout the kingdom in the fields of civil construction, electro-mechanical works, and manufacturing of concrete, asphalt and blocks for vertical integration. This consistent organic growth led to the formation of ‘Salman Al Terais & Partners’, now known as ‘Inshat Al Awtan General Contracting Company – K.S.A’. Further developing its core business of construction, the executives explored promising opportunities and invested in sound business ideas. We have come a long way since 1979 and plan to continue marching towards new summits in the construction industry.
We are capable of providing end-to-end construction services including engineering, procurement, project management, general contracting, construction management and pre-engineered building services. We are now executing, government, semi-government, and private projects nationwide.

An aspiring member of the management team determined to lead the company towards becoming a regional player and committed to investing in the future generation by introducing structured internship and apprenticeship programs currently only offered by major multinational companies.
Engr. Saad holds a BSC in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and a MS in Construction Management from New York University, USA.
